Who I Am and Why I Became a Personal Coach

My name is Evan Jones, and health and fitness have been central to my life for as long as I can remember. I started in sports as a kid and developed a love for weightlifting throughout high school. Over the years, this passion has only grown, and I’ve dedicated myself to expanding my knowledge and experience, both in the gym and through my lifestyle, always working to optimize my health and fitness.

What really drives me, though, is understanding how living a healthy lifestyle can completely transform someone’s life and set them up for their future. That’s why I became a coach—I want to help others unlock that same potential and find their “new form”. I’m an ISSA-certified personal trainer, and my commitment is to support you in making lasting, positive changes that impact every part of your life.
